Business Department Brief History

Entoto Polytechnic College or its former name Teferi Mekonon School was founded in 1917 E.C. For the past 98 golden years, it has started with color education and provided training in different market-oriented vocational fields and levels. It is a veteran training institute known for its contribution.

Business education and training sector in our college since 1994 E.C is a training sector that has been producing qualified manpower for our city and our country by providing training in various market-oriented vocational fields as well as short training sessions and ensuring their competence.

In this field of training, by having qualified and highly experienced trainers in the field, training is provided to the trainees from Level II to IV by Accounting and Finance, Marketing and Sales Management and Secretarial and Office Administration. According to their needs in regular, evening and rest days in various professional fields. By developing skills, it enables them to be professionally competent and productive. In addition, in the training sector, trainings are provided based on training requests from various organizations or institutions, and we will make them qualified in their chosen career field through these trainings.
